Log in again, confirm your subscription is active, and try opening the page from your customer dashboard. If it still does not open, contact support with your registered email.

Can I request correction of a question?

Yes. Send the question ID, subject, topic, and your concern. BoardQBank can review medical accuracy, wording, answer key, and reference updates.

Where do I access mock exams?

Use the Student Login page, then open Customer Dashboard or Mock Exams. Active subscription access may be required for full mock exams.
